For the candida overgrowth I would suggest alot, alot, alot, of acidophilus/bicidophilus daily, along with Caprylic acid and currant oil in capsules. If you lost alot of intestinal flora during your colon/parasite cleanse, that causes a candida overgrowth. I've tried the ones from natures sunshine.com and see the difference in freshness between theirs and the ones at the health food stores. I don't know if Hulda Clark has them, you may want to check them out.
