Avery common natural treatment for acid reflux is a teaspoon (or tablespoon) of apple cider vinegar in warm water with honey, molasses, or maple syrup. Some people have found adding 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda to be helpful in countering the excess gas. You can try this at night before bed or take 3 times a day.
