I took a look at some proana sites and they mention fasting a lot and refer to it a lot and have tips on it, so it wouldn't surprise me if they do go to the Water Fasting forum. I don't know exactly what you can do about it, except ask some inquiring questions and don't give feedback to someone who is going to use it in a destructive way.
