It gives me more energy and at the same time it's so relaxing and my back and neck are getting better. It does take a little getting used to since my vertebrae have been smashing down against each other for so long with no relief, but I feel so much better. And I had a slight Sciatica going on in my lower back that bothered me sometimes when I was trying to sleep and it's completely gone!

I'm beginning to think that this may be better than relying on a Chiropractor all the time for adjustments. Everyone should have one of these tables.
