I am still learning about nutrition, so this question is a bit basic, but, what foods have iron? My instinct says the leafy greens, like kale, chard, mustard greens, etc. I actually just made some kale.
I want to include more iron-rich foods in my diet. And why does iron supplementation feed the worms but eating iron-rich foods doesn't?
