Yes, Miss Callie, that's what I meant. I use a yogurt maker, pretty inexpensive, $16, and it makes it perfectly as I found trying to keep the temp. consistent for 32 hours very difficult and wasted alot of milk and yogurt that way (if it wasn't kept at the right temp), plus, I couldn't trust that it was ok to eat.
