Hey, while weight loss on a juice fast is merely a by-product, weight loss in and of itself is a healthy endeavor. It is in the FAT there the toxins like to hide. So the less fat you have, the less toxins... Though this does not mean that thin people are toxin free because toxins also invade our internal organs and our cells.

Yes, towards the end I began plateauing... I believe Julie did as well, towards the end. By coming off the fast for a coupla days and then going back on the fast, I'll be wiping out that plateau and the weight should consistently drop off again.

Will let you know in my blog in a few days or so. By then, I should know.
