I love liquid lecithin as well! I take that along with cod liver oil (I realize this is of controversy) and still undecided about it. It does seem to keep my skin moist and helps depression abate. Trying to get away from it and more onto plant oils. I take wheat germ oil as well and will be ordering a HUGE vat of lecithin from Barefoot soon!
