I'm on Day 5 of my Master Cleanse, and after a rough start generally doing fine.

But I've always had a problem with sugar. Too much and I get zits. Not so many zits on the MC, surprisingly, but I do have a spot on my neck that won't go away and a rapidly expanding boil on my shoulder that worries me. Also my tongue is swollen and stings.

Is all this a normal, regular part of detoxing or should I quit and go back to real food?

Anyone know?
