Hi Kelley, I have a question I think you might be able to help with. I know you are good at making your own tincture, and I have one I really like. The base is made with Bragg's apple cider vinegar. Would it do well if I substituted with either vodka or gen instead of the apple cider vinegar? The recipe consist of Habaneros, white onion, horseradish root, ginger root, and garlic. Do you think the vodka or gen would help preserve it as well as the ACV does? Thank you, Peace, Rena.
