Hi there. I'm hoping someone here can help me. I recently bought a bottle of Udo's (Flora) Ultimate probiotic. I have tried taking it 3 seperate times and each time I get a lot of gurgling, gas and my stools become loose. This is the first time I've had this reaction to a probiotic, and I've taken several. This particular one is high in lactobacillus, so I'm wondering if that's causing me problems since I am sensitive to dairy. However, I gave a capsule to my 12 y/o son who is also sensitive and he didn't have any reaction.

If this is die-off I will tough it out. I'd just like to know one way or the other. I'm not sure whether to continue using it or not.
