FOCC? Flax Oil Cottage Cheese Diet? Supposedly when you emulsify the flax oil with the cottage cheese it makes it water soluble and gets into the cells more easily - couldn't prove it by me..... but it sure makes my skin softer, my joints more springy, my mood more elevated, etc., etc., etc. Also using Trapper's Iodine with companions, Magnascent Iodine, oil pulling, magnetic clay - I think that's it.
