Good luck with continuing your fast. I am on day 11 of a 30 day Water Fast (10 days juice after the 30). I am sure your weight loss would be spiked with exercise, I know mine is. It was rough the first 7 days, but I have so much energy now that I can exercise pretty easily. Again, good luck sweets.
