I'm reposting this to see if anyone here has thoughts on dry fasting. I'm considering starting my Feb fast as a dry fast if this is the case:

>Dry fast are even more effective( nothing , even no water)
>10 Days dry fast = 30 days water fast

Anyone have more info?
