BLESS you for confirmation. This literally explains what just happened to me this week. Even though iodinated, I've literally "pulled an Oprah"...

I was staying up half the night, and then pigging out during the day. I finally decided to GET MORE SLEEP, (napping in the day - both because I needed it AND to simply avoid food - AND getting to bed before midnight) and I've been feeling SO MUCH BETTER. I am also (temporarily) off of iodine, so that my body can "catch up" with excreting all the toxins I've added with the pigging out.

Everything has been working SO MUCH BETTER since having done this simple thing.

This story confirms everything for me. Thank you, what incredibly timed information!
