the carbs are what are making you tired. get rid of the "complex carbs", stick with veggies, protein, PLENTY OF FAT! within about a week you should not be getting that drastic hunger anymore. if you are still hungry after getting rid of the carbs for a week, you will need to increase protein & fat. HTH.
