Hello everybody! I had a goal to fast for forty days and got through nine days and caved! Is it still possible to reach my goal of 60 pound weight loss, with approximatly 33 days remaining before a family gathering. Would exercise acellerate the weight loss Help!!! Ps. had lost 16 lbs in those 9 days but caved due to a plateau of weight loss discouragement
