This one guy I met (still can't remember his name) was pretty slim, and really smart. He had abnormally high energy levels. It's a pity I didn't get to talk to him more.

As for Richard Blackman, I've never met him in "real life" because I have no need or desire to travel to Dallas just to meet someone. However, I've seen his training videos, and I wish I could do half the stuff this guy can do. He's proof that the proper diet and the correct training can produce a very beautiful and very powerful human being.
