I have read on your site that you drink daily 2 to 4 litter water.
Is this not too much ?
Your kidneys have to work whole the time , they can not get a rest .
Around day 20 I nearly did not have disire to drink any more.
Ocationaly only like strong disere and than nothing .

Dry fast are even more effective( nothing , even no water)
10 Days dry fast = 30 days water fast
30 days juice/fruit fast = 10 day water fast
