Thanks, I will try the vitamin b3, I take quite a few supplements regularly but I will supplement them with a b-complex. I have stopped pulling for a few days and it does seem to be getting better. I am thinking it is just the oil seeping out at the corners of my mouth feeding any kind of candida infection I might already have. I would think it likes moisture. Thanks for the suggestions!
