Interesting vid, with the lowering of lead levels there should of been an increase in IQ in the population, but with all the other contaminants in the envioronment have probably negated the effect of less lead.

As for teeth an bones, I was given a chinese herbal tonic as a child, primarily for bronchitis. This tonic cured the problem and may have been instrumental in my not ever having cavities in my teeth. I gave the same tonic to my own daughter for years, and she also has no cavities (never had any fillings). She now is giving this same tonic to her 3 year old son, he also has very strong teeth and bones. I recently had my former lab analyse this tonic, it contains many herbs, but interestingly contains a lot of iodine. The lab analysis shows no heavy metal contamination in the tonic, this was a relief!! The tonic also contains 3 different types of fungi, all common in asian food. I am in the process of getting a chinese to english translation of the ingredients shown on the bottle and will post them when I get them.
