Bull shit !

There is not fast other than Water Fast , every thing else is a diet , not a fast !

I have water fasted for 22 days ( my first Water Fast ever)
and this after very heavy illness .
I did not feel any hunger at all and the water did me only good.

So did the water only fast for many others on this forum and worldwide...

I am fasting know ( Day 3 ) and again feel no hunger and I am feeling even better
than the first time, becouse I am not starting sick now like one year ago..


The one who thinks it can't be done ,should not disturb the one doing it !
