Are you talking about spinach leaves? We have a basic juice that we drink...and add
other things to it for this or that as needed....my basic recipe for one big glass
is:
3 or 4 big carrots
1 or 2 BIG handfulls of spinach...I don't count the leaves.
1 apple
This makes one big glass...but we do it a couple of times a day when we can...sometimes more.

We have never ever had a problem juicing spinach...and it is recommended by all
the old 'greats'.
