I need help. I am a sickle cell career with blood type O. I have not been well for any long time since my childhood. I have tried vegetarianism for a year now. After being sick for about 5 months, I am now recovering slowly. No proper diagnosis was made. I was down with multiple drug resistant malaria. Now no malaria but still not very strong. I have a history of recurrent stomach ulcer. I realized I always had drug resistant intestinal flagellates when I was eating meat and fish. Now it has stopped. My skin looks fine. I have gained small weight. (Been underweight for years). But I am not very strong and I have a recurring candida infection. What diet is recommended for a person like me?
