I think people are afraid because it's appears to be a toxic chemical (the smell, colour etc). The stuff truly appears to be poisonous. I am always fearful when I drink my 50mg of Lugol's each morning but I feel so much healthier these days so I brave it out!!!

My periods are every 28 days but last for only one day because I have PCOS (confirmed by hospital scans), so I am waiting to see if this corrects itself. Time will tell! In the meantime I am enjoying a huge boost in energy and the ability to sleep soundly at night for the first time in 20 years!
