I really do not know the answer but you did cause me to go hunting. I was wondering if the lamps helped with the vitamin D. I had heard of full spectrum lighting and wondered about that also. You may have already searched, but here are a couple of links to a google search. So much info that I decided to not link individual sites. Good luck.
