Supplementation:

Homeostatic Soil Organisms
Saccharomyces Boulardii

Many candida cleanses available at your health food store or online, and/or online/auctions
--------------------------
Detoxification of heavy metals

PH Tape, the higher the ph the more alkaline the blood

Lemon juice water/ sweeten w low glycemic sweetner, stevia/lo-han, etc

Reccommended:

Alkaline foods/low sugar/reduce or eliminate coffee...lots of sleep!!!!
