When I was a teen I rolled a car wheel (off the car, no tire) over my big toe and bent the nail up bad. For years that toe would hurt at the now and again.
Then I was landscaping and dropped a BIG brick on my other big toe and had the same problem!
Well the toes had not really hurt for a while when I started OJ fasting, by day 6-8 one of the toes started to hurt really bad for a couple days then stopped. Then the other toe started to hurt really bad for a couple more days, then stopped.
to this day 4 years later those toes have never hurt again! I know that pain must have been my body working on healing that area.
