Your digestive system has shut itself down. If you break your fast with meat or something hard to digest the best thing that can happen is that the food will sit there for days giving you a terrible stomach ache. It could also cause worse problems like death.

You're doing great so far. Don't screw youself up by taking advice from people who know nothing about fasting. Good luck and congratulations on your achievements so far.
