Good points! The reason I dehydrated them....saw it on some raw food website. I also did this so I could prepare a large amount of soaked nuts, seeds at a time. I herad they are still alive even when dried once they are sprouted. Not sure! I always struggled to keep mine fresh for longer than a day in the refrigerator. They always got soured too soon.
