Hi Sara,

Yes, you can do EFT on animals but I don't know if EFT can psychologically influence anyone's actions.  It is mainly used for health and wellbeing.  But...... what the heck.  Give it a try.  Just imagine yourself tapping on Fluffy's points with your suggestions and see what happens.  I wish you the very best.

And if I'm wrong on this, someone let me know.
