One of the hardest decisions I have had to make was to get rid of toxic friends. I give people many chances but then I have to free my mind and spirit of such problems. I had a friend for over 7 years but found that in order for me to be free of illness, I had to be free of toxic people. Funny I got well after I got rid of her. So gradually I have rid myself of a few more and it hurts to tell the truth but it is necessary for well being. Don't get me wrong, I am not talking about the people who occasionally irritate you, I am talking about someone who time and time again has caused you extreme pain and discomfort.

So as we discuss bowel and liver cleanse, lets talk about friend cleanse.
