It's been over a month, and I just saw your post on the Iodine supplementation forum. No, getting Iodine in table salt is NOT enough these days.

I used to have a heart arrythmia, heart palpitations, and a slow enough heartrate (the rest of the time) that I almost died when my now 12 year old was a baby. I had heart trouble ever since - UNTIL I learned of iodine deficiency. Now? No heart problems WHATSOEVER - and no more anxiety attacks...which I now understand is what I felt so often back in those days.
