I guess it's kind of funny but I bought a colon cleanser product but never used it because I was afraid of what was going to happen...

I guess it would be helpful if someone explained what happens. Do you need to stay home all day or does it happen quickly? I guess these questions might sound naive but I just wasn't sure so I never did it.
