I use nettle seeds as well, after getting off of my glandular. I am wondering though, and you make light of Dr. Lam's statements (who is helping me on my quest to get better), if using nettle seeds is essentially a stimulant as well, the same as using for example Wilson's Adrenal Rebuilder. Does using nettle seeds "whip the tired" horse as well and stimulate the adrenals, when the adrenals really need to rest, or do you think they actually help them to heal?
