I didn't know there was a Forum for this. I just got my Inversion Table today. I only have it at about 15-20 degrees and gently swung back and forth and hung there for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Whoa, I feel weird and my back feels weird. It does feel like my back and neck had traction.
I definitely have to get used to this!
