Your symptoms remind me of an episode on Mystery Diagnosis, (the T.V. show). A girl had uncontrolled vomiting and was very sick and of course the Doctors could not find anything wrong with her. She literally thought she was dying. If I remember correctly, she was ultimately diagnosed with a very rare but constricted bile duct, re; gall bladder. I hope I am remembering correctly. You might try doing a search re: vomiting and Mystery Diagnosis to get the episode number. If there is nothing wrong structurally, then it sounds like a fungal infection in your gut.
