Hi,

I tried eating raw nettle the way you said and I agree it is very nice. I also tried primrose flowers which a friend suggested - has a very mild flavour which is a cross between cucumber and celery.

I will add nettle to my juicing ingredients from now, I am already juicing dandelion leaves from the garden. Can you recommend any web links or books to find more info on other wild edible plants?
