I'm really sorry that you are going through the same things I am going through! I get it every time I do this cleanse, but NEVER this bad, or for this long. It's always been just slight depression, a couple of panic attacks, and a few zits. NOTHING like this though.

I think I have about two or three days left. Gonna get a colonic a week or so after I finish this I think.

Are you going to do the Peppermint tea and Epsom salts?
