I can't talk about all of this since I simply don't understand it, but this I can tell you;

After a HAARP session I see a lot more Lyme spirochetes hatching than should be normal.
There is obviously a limit to the amount that can be reached by this and it depends on the amount of heavy metal you carry and magnesium available.

Last week one person used frequencies to treat Rife and the next day, 8 hours after a HAARP attack, was full of spirochetes again.

Of course Metal Toxic and magnesium deficient sheople won't be as affected...but they are already "walking" Heavy Metal accumulators anyhow...
