Well, thanks so much for all the information----you sure spent some time with it.

I have also heard that lutein is very good for the eyesight issues, but you need a fairly high dosage. Have you any information on how it may compare to eyebright? I know of Dr. Christopher and his company line is Nature's Way, isn't it?

I was told that the lutein is even recognized by the medical doctors for macular degeneration, so they prescribe it often.
