You are just misreading my posts veronica. I have been posting here since last April and I have never posted that.
You should listen to all sides carefully and not just Jim Humble and then make up your mind.
Take a look at Iodine as an alternative, if you are exposed to fluorides and bromides then you will need to supplement it for sure,and we all are to some degree, Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can't help you with that
