This is good to know...thanks for posting this. One other thing you might try is ACV at night before you go to bed. You need to take 2 tblspns each night. There was a lady on earthclinic that posted she suffered with hot flashes for 11 years and then someone told her about ACV and the first night she tried it the hot flashes disappeared so it's worth a try imo.
