Thank you, that'd be great. I remember when my nutritionist/dc had me start on the D3...he wanted me to take MORE throughout the first month, but take less after that bottle was gone. He said I needed to "build up my bodily stores", but then go to a "maintenance dose" after that. I ran really low on finances over the summer and I'm just now starting over - literally two days ago on the D3. I know I need it.

Unfortunately for ME, I "wish" I were having those hot flashes again! brrrrrr! lolol
