Thank You. I did see your other post. I will start trying to add up my fiber better. I can't eat a lot of things due to food sensitivities so it is harder to get the fiber in but I'll try to increase slowly. I will wait a little on the kefir so I can keep track of how things are going better first. I do think my problem is like yours in that it depends on how much I eat and what type etc, basically how much is sitting in me (or colon etc).

Thanks and let me know what you figure out about your EPO oil. I use that along with fish oil now.
