So most importantly: How can any possible damage caused be reversed?

Detoxes, living foods, fasting?

Those would be hard to perform on someone with type 1 diabetes due to their dependency on outer insulin supplies, and any such drastic dietary changes surely show more serious results in the aforementioned kind of people compared to us with no health concerns!

I still refuse to give up finding a fix to people close to me suffering from type 1 diabetes.
