When it comes to juicing, I go with my intuition and just flow with the universe as to what the ingredients will be in any moment.

One synergy that I find quite nice is the following organic ingredients:

Fennel
Bok Choy
Red Cabbage
Carrots
Collards
Dill

Amounts of each tend to vary but a starting place could be...
1 full bunch of fennel
1 full bunch of bok choy
1/2 head of red cabbage
4 to 5 carrots
1 bunch of collards
handful of dill

Always start with the herbs or plant leaves first, then juice the more dense vegetables so it will push everything through the juicer. The above conncotion makes about 4 glasses of juice depending on what juicer you have.

Concerning Edie Mae, I believe she was a woman who healed herself of cancer with living food, and wheat grass juice, and juiced utilizing Ann Wigmore's protocols and wrote a book about it. There are many great living foods/juicing detox institues now in the world built on similar principles.

I have a question for you? Your name is an interesting name. I have a feeling where you are coming from. Would you share with forum members the significance of your name? :-)
