Food fermenting from Candida overgrowth can produce gas which will press on the midline torso Vagus nerve that influences the heart. It is imperative to take digestive enzymes and whack back Candida with Undecylenic Acid (available online) or easily available Caprylic Acid.

To remove the threat of a heart attack triggered by mechanical pressure (gas) on the Vagus nerve, drink some hot water to break up the gas pressure by relaxing the Gastro-Intestinal/G.I. tract. SEE?
