I had not thought of juicing peppers and I LOVE them. That should give it the right amount of pep.

Sometimes spinach juice tastes so watered down to me. Not enough kick and a little too sweet for something green but not sweet enough to be a "sweet" juice. I'm really trying to eliminate the extra Sugar that comes with carrots and apples anyway so spicey it is!
