Boron impacts steroid hormone metabolism in humans.

This is one of the many trace minerals that have implications in hormone metabolism...

Boron - important for mineral metabolism, brain function\performance, and in the prevention of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.

And then there are essential enzymes (proteins), each with a specific function and mineral(s) requirements.

MOST (ALL?) pharmaceutical drugs and most OTC's deplete nutrients, including minerals from the body.

We are being hit from all sides.
